Taipei - Work trip

Decided to post a few shots that i sneakily took in between my work trip in Taipei while waiting for my hair to dry..

(Translation : Smelly BO Lady, Please Stop Stealing & Wearing my Clothes. Do go see a doctor, your BO is so strong that you must have certain health problems. Stealing clothes, stealing vegetables, you must be of a much lower class than the rest)


Had a nice meal with my colleague on the Taipei local food - (Clockwise - Clams, Pig Intestines, Bamboo Shoots, Shark's meat) I love the bamboo shoots in mayo and the marinated shark's meat in soya sauce + wasabi. That was really really good. It was tender, slightly chewy, no fishy taste. With some Taipei beer and a small bowl of noodles. HmmMMMmMMMM

An Event to Remember

After all the meetings, discussions, shopping sessions, the event that took a year to plan finally arrived yesterday.

My Darling Friends' T&S's Broadway wedding~

I kid you not, it came with its own poster. (which we took at S's work place - studio. Very cool place. Warehouse, with its own sets and various mini studios. The professionals at work)


One of the hidden stars of the show, the kickass Christian Louboutin 1.8K Shoes..


The rented VW Wagon ... kawaii !! Apparently, the boys spent the whole night up, decorating this.

The girls all looking very chic in the morning day dress - complete with little hats ,white gloves and matching pink dresses.

Look at the Green Goodness

As a sign of how good things tend to jam pack each other during the same period, *takes a breath*, it was my baby cousin's 1st Month celebration. I had to work over the same weekend, so i basically run from the very east to the very west and run back after grabbing a quick meal.

The celebrations were held at Bollywood Veggies. For the uninitiated, it is a vegetable farm in Chao Chu Kang, the 'rural' outskirts of Singapore. Currently, they are embroiled in a lawsuit with the Singapore government regarding a wooden building they had constructed on their premises. Go there before they are gone !

The food was decent at the place. It was partially catered by the Bollywood Veggies team and our own caterer. There is a pretty packed restaurant on site for a taste of fresh veggies for all. They even sell their own banana bread and produce. Do check it out for a different kind of weekend.

A Trip Down Little India

A Trip Down Little India with one of my favorite people in my life .. We were long overdue for a catch up ... and off we went, walking from town to Little India.. I am glad that some things don't change :)
