Dining at an Irish Pub

Ham with Dublin Coddle

Guinness Beef Stew

My first taste of the legendary Guinness Beef Stew and Ham with Dublin Coddle in a Irish pub. The third ( not shown), was a really bad and dry roast beef. There were five of us sharing three dishes which were more than enough for us. The beef stew had tender chunks of beef, potato, carrots. The sauce was thick and savory.

The Dublin coddle tasted like boiled cabbage in stock actually. But we were hungry and all was good ! Here's to new experiences !
