I Think I Found God in Paris

Day 1 :
Took a super expensive coach ride from the budget airport to the city center. Dumped my stuff at the hostel. Took a random train ride to the city and started at Hotel de Ville.

NotreDame - I was surprised to see Gargoyles dotting the roof of the church.

Pompidou - I really loved this building. It was dynamic, gorgeous, open, spacious.

Lourve - Had a bad experience here, got the audio guide for 8 euros. It took me an hour to figure out how to use it, I wanted to literally rip it off my neck and jump on it. The map given was no good. There were tons of people, the Mona Lisa was so far away, it could have been a poster for all i knew.

Started to walk towards the Eiffel Tower and saw the Assembly Building. There was a projector on the bridge opposite the building, projecting onto the building.

Eiffel Tower ! It's blue now, because France is currently holding onto the EU presidency.

Day 2:
Went to the Odin Museum. Set in a private Chateau with its own gardens and Odin's sculptures littering through the garden. It was lovely, lovely for a picnic, a lunch, a dinner, something..

Went to Museum Orsay. I actually preferred Orsay over the Lourve.

Went to Sainte Chapelle, the official chapel of the French nobility. It was a small gorgeous church with stained glass windows. Many have described it like a jewel box.

Ended the day at the Pantheon, where Victor Hugo and other French greats lie.

Day 3:
Spent the day at Versailles

Day 4:
Disneyland !
At night, I headed to Champ Elysee

Day 5:
Explored the area around Moulin Rouge

Opera Garner - I loved it even more than Versailles ! It was glam, opulent, all bling !

Walked past Gallarie Lafayette - It has three huge buildings ! 3 ! Imagine Tangs 6-10 times bigger, split across 3 buildings.

Everyone, together now.. .OH MY GOD !!! Paris .. How i Love U So..
