Paris Delights

I just got back from Paris a few hours back. Of all the places that I have traveled to, this city is one that I want to go back to. A big enough city with sufficient variety to provide something for everyone. I LOVE PARIS !


Throughout the city, I found tons and tons of streetside crepes. They were cheap and good for a snack. I had rum flavored, chestnut spread (they have this candied chestnut spread...yummy!) and egg (tasted like prata!)


My roaming eye kept looking out for patisseries for yummy desserts but due to my own punishing pace, I did not really get to eat as much of these desserts as I wanted.
(This one was caramel, really sweet and rich at the top. Cool, cold cream at the bottom)

On my last day, I was walking in Mortmarte, looking for Paris's last windmill

I saw this ! with a reasonable lunch set price



I picked an appetizer, terrine of boiled chicken with foie gras (i'm sure it sounds sexier in french ! )


Veal for the main..

I LOVE PARIS !!! More to come ... like my disneyland experience !
